RAVE History

RAVE Sports was founded in September 1996 by a team of entrepreneurs. The vision was to build a marketing and distribution platform that could quickly take any innovation, alternative sport product to the worldwide recreation market.

In 1997, RAVE acquired Sun Kat, Inc., an electric boat manufacturer and Aqua Toys International, a manufacturer of water trampolines. The acquisition provided RAVE with its initial products, the Aqua Jump water trampoline and the Sun Kat electric 2-person boat. RAVE's strong marketing and distribution emphasis enabled the company to take these products these products to new heights.

Over the years RAVE continued to innovate quality water recreation product by introducing new water attachments to the Aqua Jump water trampoline, and expanding the product line to new areas such as boat towables.

In November 2009, RAVE was bought out by Revel Match, LLC. Since the buy-out the new owners have been active in the overall operations of the business.

RAVE continues to innovate quality water recreation products, and has introduced a new line of water skis, wakeboards, and kneeboards to the product line-up in 2011.
