17, 2012 – Revel Match, LLC, the parent company of RAVE Sports announced today the
acquisition of the assets of AVIVA Sports, Inc., a wholly ow
ned subsidiary of
ShoreMaster of Fergus Falls, Minnesota. Aviva
Sports products consist of innovative products for both consumer use in the
pool, lake and yard, as well as commercial use at summer camps, resorts, and
large public swimming pools.
Revel Match will continue to grow the AVIVA®
brand and add to Revel Match’s powerful RAVE® brand, executing on their strategy
to broaden its brand offering in the water sports industry. The terms of the transaction are not
disclosed.
