Complete anchoring instructions are in the Owner's Manual that is included with your product. In summary, we recommend 150-200 pounds of anchor weight but the weight and type of anchor needed depends on your unique lake and its bottom (sandy, rocky, weedy, etc.) and the typical wind and waves on your lake. For these reasons we do not sell anchors. In summary, after inflating and assembling your water trampoline, carry (do not drag) it to the shore, connect one end of an anchor connector rope (sold separately under Accessories on this website) to the anchor and the other end to the anchor rope system that is attached to the trampoline tube. Water depth should be at least 10 feet. See our YouTube channel for more tips and the Owner's Manual located in each product's page on this website for more details or click HERE.
For beginners and toddlers, we suggest “sit-in” tubes so younger riders feel more secure. For easy riding and comfort for pre-teens and parents, we suggest “couch-style” or “swing-seat” tubes. For teens and thrill seekers we suggest lay on top flat tubes which we offer in 1, 2, 3 & 4 rider sizes.

Yes, we offer replacement plugs and all RAVE Sports boat towables use the same valve (Item 20732 Boston Valve) that can be purchased on this website.
We offer sets of replacement springs for purchase on this website. To ensure that you order the right set, be sure to know the model / size of trampoline that you own, as the Aqua Jump Eclipse comes in 3 sizes (120, 150 & 200) and each size has a unique replacement spring kit. The model name is printed on your trampoline and is also included with your receipt. If you're still stumped, call us and we will help you determine which replacement spring set will be right for your trampoline.

We do not recommend using an air compressor to inflate water inflatables. Air compressors push air at high pressure that may suddenly damage seams or rupture vinyl products. This would destroy your inflatable and, in the worst case, may even cause injury to anyone nearby. We will not replace products under warranty if they are inflated with an air compressor. The best inflation option is our our High Speed Inflator / Deflator which was designed to inflate and deflate rapidly at a safe air pressure.
The classic blue and yellow trampolines and the Northwoods green and tan versions are the exact same material and design. The only difference is the color. We offer the Northwoods version for those who desire or are required to have their lakeshore products blend into the natural environment.
Our traditional blue and yellow water trampolines are our best sellers, so we purchase more of those versions which decreases our factory costs.
We are not able to offer replacement bladders for our boat towable tubes. To purchase a new one, call us at 1-800-659-0790 to learn about current promotions and offers.
